Hi, I’m Caroline.
I am a reiki master, tarot reader, astrologer, sound healer and breathwork facilitator. My journey into this incredible world of healing began in 2016 when I was two years into drama school training to become a professional actor - I was anxious as anything and my confidence was pretty much non existent. I stumbled across a spa down the road in Balham that offered reiki and I thought it sounded interesting and was worth a shot. One hour later I felt honestly better than I had felt in years. I felt light, happy and most importantly - calm!
Flash forward to 2018 and I had decided to learn reiki in order to offer this to others. I was super passionate about how profound it could be on our mental and physical wellbeing. By 2018, I had completed all three levels of Reiki training and became a certified practitioner. I then explored several other healing modalities and since trained in every single one I personally found powerful and transformational which includes - reiki, sound healing, crystal healing, breathwork, astrology and tarot.
